Allison S. Reese, PsyD

Allison Reese, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist with a wide range of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Although Allison works with a multitude of age groups, connecting with adolescent and adult populations is a particular area of interest. She has expertise working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, parent-child conflict, relationship problems, and social skill issues.

Dr. Reese uses a variety of techniques in her clinical work including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, and parent guidance techniques. She formulates treatment which is well-matched to her clients’ presenting problems and personality style to optimize positive prognosis.


Relationships greatly affect how we develop emotionally. I strive to strengthen and repair relational bonds through nurturance and support, enhancing the potential for interpersonal growth.

Allison has conducted intensive therapeutic groups addressing adolescent identity, social skills, stress relief, prevention skills training, and emotional processing with individuals of all ages.

Dr. Reese received her doctorate and Master of Arts degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology/Argosy University in Chicago, IL with an emphasis in Family systems. In her free time, you might find Allison on the volleyball court or the softball field.
