Getting Started

At Arbor we endeavor to make getting started in counseling as smooth as possible.  We want you to be able to connect with someone in a timely manner and we will return your call or email inquiries within 2 business days.

There are two easy ways to connect with us to get the process started:

Navigate to the Appointment/Contact Tab at the top right of any page on the website

Then:

• Call us at one of our numbers listed to contact Bob Auger, our Intake Coordinator.

• Leave a message and Bob will return your call.

OR

• You can email us by using the form located at the bottom of the same page and Bob will get back to you.

Bob will gather information to help match you with a clinician based on office location, schedule and area of therapy focus. Once Bob has connected with you, he will speak with one or two of our clinicians who may be a good fit for the work you are requesting. You’ll get a call back within a couple of days to connect you with that clinician.

Once you speak with your clinician and have set have up a first appointment, they will send you your intake paperwork electronically and you can complete it online.
